It is the intention of the Tasmanian Fencing Association committee to convene a special general meeting on Saturday, March 25th at 1:30 pm to consider the following special motions:
Motion 20230325/1: To waive the current association constitutional requirement for annual company audits of the financial years 2018-19, 2019-20, 2020-21 and 2021-22.
Motion 20230325/2: To adopt version 4.2 of the Tasmanian Fencing Association Constitution as the association’s current active constitution.
This meeting is open to any current association member, having paid their association membership fee in the last 12 months (i.e. anyone who has entered a state Epee, Foil or Saber competition in the 2022 calendar year).
Any current member aged 20 and over as of January 1st 2023 is eligible to vote on the proposed special motions.
